Northfield’s Loon Liquor Company—with three primary spirits under their belts (LoonshineMetropoliGin, and Wheaton Barley Vodka) and with the February chill in everyone’s bones—figured the time is right to bring to market their own coffee liqueur, Lac Coeur.
